Finally, the end of the survey of the Papacy! This time we look at the more notorious popes during the Renaissance. Sixtus IV, Innocent VIII, Alexander VI, Julius II, and Leo X. Spoiler alert for upcoming episodes: Leo will be the pope who eventually faces off with Luther.

Thank you so much for this podcast! I am binge listening to them as I prepare to head over to Wittenberg for a week (Oct 26th-Nov 1st) to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. I will be staying at a youth hostel right next to the Schlosskirche! I took both a theology of the Reformation and a theology of Martin Luther class while doing my bachelors in Theology at Marquette University and your podcast has been an excellent supplement/refresher to what I learned in those classes!
